Where would I like to be in 10 years time?

In 10 years time I will be 36! yay!!

I would like to be as happy as I am now or even happier
I would like to be fit and healthy
I would like to have travelled to lots of places
I would like to have a fantastic husband (who leaves messages on the fridge the morning after).
I would like to have 2 or 3 kids
I would like to speak Irish fluently
I would like to be doing things I love doing!

Looming

This morning I had my first experience of looming :-) The class was taken by a German lady with endless patience especially for my mum lol. There were five of us there and the morning was spent on just setting up the looms before we could start the weaving in the afternoon. I decided I would attempt a picture for mine of a Star. Mum decided she would try a placemat. The lunch was lovely vegetable soup and sandwiches. The next class is on in 2 weeks time and we're all going to go down to St. Georges Market first to see the different craft stalls there. After that it will be back to the class room to try and finish off our placemats/pictures. A perfect way to spend a Saturday. When I got home I had a phone call asking if I would be able to do relief work in the Residential centre I used to work in so will be there from 9pm tonight-3pm tomorrow. I always enjoy working there and I haven't been back in ages so looking forward to it!

Night Duty

Last night was the first time I've ever worked night duty. Having stayed up quite late Saturday night and a long lie in Sunday morning, meant it was actually pretty painless. In fact I think it was one of the best shifts I have ever had there! I got caught up on lots of written work which was great. Today has been really relaxing- no more work till Thursday

Love is the Law

I want to live my life being true to myself

I live my life as a shining star in a company of stars

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law

Doing my true Will and nothing other

Love is the law Love under will

Spring Equinox

Yesterday marked the beginning of Spring and celebrations of Ostara were underway.

I had a great day celebrating with friends and spent some time outside in a park. It is a time when energies are in balance and day is as long as the night. It is a good time to reflect on and seek balance in our own lives to think about the rebirth and renewal that is occuring all around us. After some difficult days recently I for one am looking forward to the warmer days. The feast afterwards was a perfect ending to festivities.

Light is equal to dark
